Using the app

JunkyDrawers is a personal organization tool. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for organizing your own household's storage spaces.

You agree not to resell the app, share one purchase between separate households, or use it as part of a commercial storage or inventory service.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One household can be shared with the people you live with using the invite code.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Purchases

• JunkyDrawers costs $3.99 as a one-time purchase, charged through our payment provider.
• Duplicate Finder is an optional $1.00 one-time upgrade and requires the main app.
• Prices are in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically and no subscription is created.
• Access is attached to the account that made the purchase, and unlocks once payment is confirmed.

Billing questions

If a purchase did not unlock the app, or you have a question about a charge, contact us with the email address you signed up with. We will look up the payment and help resolve it. Refunds, where they apply, are handled in line with our payment provider's policies.

Acceptable use

Content you submit may be screened, and submissions that break these rules can be refused. Accounts used for abuse can be restricted or closed.

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing or unrelated to organizing your home.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the app to surveil or record other people without their knowledge.

Your content

The photos, item records and notes you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them for the purpose of running the app for you: reading scans, building your inventory and showing it back to you.

Estimates, not guarantees

Item counts, clutter scores, duplicate suggestions, savings figures and cleanup plans are estimates produced from the photos and information you provide. They can be wrong or incomplete.

Check an item in person before you discard, sell or donate it. Do not rely on the app alone for anything valuable, sentimental or safety-related.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app working and improving, and features may be added, changed or retired over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the app is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including lost items, lost time or purchases made because a record was incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Ending your access

You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the service or other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of the app is established.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change meaningfully, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
