The problem
Nothing is really lost. It is just unfiled. And un-filed things cost time, money and a fair amount of patience.
Batteries, tape, keys and a dozen cables share one drawer. Finding the one you need means digging.
You already own three tape measures. You just cannot remember the box they went into.
You tidy once, feel great, and six weeks later the shelf looks exactly like it did before.
How it works
JunkyDrawers turns a photo of a space into a record you can look things up in.
Open a drawer, a toolbox or a shelf and take a photo. Add a second angle if the space is crowded.
It lists what it sees, sorts those items into categories and gives the space a clutter score.
Follow a simple plan, then search any time: “where is my tape?” gets a shelf, not a guess.
Inside the app
Every scan records the items, the categories, the duplicates and the clutter score, then keeps it all searchable.
Search by name, category or room and see exactly where it lives and how many you have.
What to keep, what to move and what to let go of, with storage zones and a cleanup estimate.
See duplicates, how many to keep, and roughly what you would not have to buy again.
A nudge before you buy something you already own, and a check-in when a space has gone quiet.

Meet the helper
Every drawer you scan, every item you add and every space you tidy up becomes something you can look up later. Where the tape went. How many spare bulbs are left. Which shelf the extension cords live on.
“My whole job is simple: when you wonder where something is, I already know.”
Simple pricing
JunkyDrawers is $3.99, paid once. The optional Duplicate Finder upgrade is $1.00 and is never required to use the app.
Start with the drawer that annoys you most. Add a toolbox or a shelf when you are ready.
